Updating and improving the way we work with you

GL Education became part of Renaissance in 2023. As the two organisations work closer together, we’re improving the way we work with our customers by making our processes more streamlined and secure.

From 1 November, the way you receive and approve quotes, as well as how you receive and pay invoices from us, will be different. Here are five things you need to know.

1. Subscriptions

All subscriptions will be moving to the first of the month over the course of the next year, but we will of course make adjustments to meet your assessment needs.

2. Quotes

To accept a quote from us, you will be sent a form to electronically sign via Adobe Acrobat Sign.

3. Invoices

Invoices will now be sent from [email protected]. Updated payment details will be included on your invoice. If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please get in touch.

4. Product codes

Our product codes will also be changing, so if you use our product codes via a procurement system, these will need to be updated. Please contact your Account Manager to do this.

5. Buying online

After 24 October, you will no longer be able to buy or renew your assessments on the GL Assessment website.
